Registered bidders understand and accept that the property is being sold without contingency and the deposit of 10% of the Total Purchase Price is at-risk and non-refundable should the Purchaser not perform.  

Upon acceptance of the high bid by the Seller, the parties to the contract will sign a standard Purchase Offer contract.
